Problem crocodiles removed

A problem crocodile removed will usually mean that the crocodile has been removed from the wild and placed in a zoo or crocodile farm, or humanely euthanased if it could not be removed.

|2020-125||28/02/2020||Crocodile reported at Dungeness Boat Ramp, Lucinda.||Departmental Wildlife Officers conducted a site assessment 28/02/2020 and installed recent crocodile sighting warnings signs. No crocodiles were observed at that time. A night time spotlight assessment was conducted subsequently and, due to its dangerous behaviour around the boat ramp, it was declared a problem crocodile on 05/03/2020 and removed from the wild on 05/03/2020.
