How to reset forgotten password or change password

  1. Go to https://ehp.appiancloud.com/suite/
  2. Read and agree to the Connect Terms of Use
  3. Click on ‘Forgot your password’
  4. Enter your username (i.e. your log in email address)
  5. Open your email and locate the ‘password reset’ email
  6. Click on the ‘password reset’ link in the email
  7. Click on ‘I agree’ to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  8. Enter your ‘new password’ and ‘confirm new password’

How to apply to become a registered suitable operator

  1. Log in to Connect.
  2. Click on the actions tab.
  3. Click on ‘Apply for suitable operator registration’.
  4. Respond to the suitability questions.
  5. View the privacy statement and applicant certification.
  6. Submit the application.

  4. Accept terms and conditions.
  5. Complete the application form in Connect.

How to submit an annual return

  1. Log in to Connect.
  2. Click on the records tab.
  3. Click on the ‘permit returns’ record category.
  4. Locate and open the permit return that you wish to complete.
  5. Click on ‘complete annual return’.
  6. Fill out the form.
  7. Complete the declaration.
  8. Submit the form.

  1. In the permit return record, click on ‘financial summary’.
  2. Click on the invoice record reference number.
  3. Click on ‘pay invoice via BPoint’.
  4. Pay the annual fee invoice.
  5. Click on ‘finalise’.

  2. Locate the permit record that you wish to amend.
  3. Open the permit record.
  4. Click on the modify permit button.
  5. Select the 'amendment' option.
